Jonathan Pusong
Partner
Jonathan is a 3rd year Global Management Studies student at Toronto Metropolitan University. Jonathan initially joined RCG as an associate in the summer of 2022 and has played a major role in the success of RCG’s projects during his time as a member. After demonstrating his initiative and commitment during his first project as an associate, he was appointed as project manager on the team’s Fall 2022 project and received high praise from clients due to his excellent communication. Jonathan now leads the team as one of two co-partners hoping to build upon the foundation established by his predecessors. With a passion for both tech and the consulting industry, Jonathan now focuses his time at TMU on gaining skills and experience to further himself in his career.

Prabhpreet Singh Bassi
Partner
Prabhpreet is a 4th year student at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) who has had major experience in consulting groups, including Ryerson Consulting Group. He has worked on CRM implementation projects, organizational transformation projects, and Go - to - market strategy projects. Finally, Prabhpreet is currently interning as a Strategy analyst at CN rail and is interested in the non profit sector.

Dennis Chen
Consultant
Dennis is a 4th year Accounting co-op student at TMU who has had previous experiences with consulting engagements for non-profits and social ventures. He has worked on designing hiring systems, marketing strategies, and training systems in these projects. On top of this, Dennis actively participates in case competitions, accumulating finalist finishes across competitions in finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and even environmental sciences. He is currently working on creating the Ted Rogers Competition Team, a roster of passionate and dedicated students who will represent the faculty at major case competitions across a variety of business disciplines.

Asha Khatri
Consultant
Asha is currently immersed in her final year of the Business Management program, specializing in Global Management Studies. She is currently a consultant at RCG. She is currently a Product Development and Implementations Intern at Franklin Templeton Investments, where she handles the intricate details of Mutual Funds and ETFs project development and implementations on the exchange.
Beyond her roles in the financial domain, Asha is deeply engaged in an entrepreneurial venture. Alongside her talented team, she is exploring innovative AI solutions aimed at simplifying the complex immigration process, showcasing her commitment to making a positive impact through technology.
In her pursuit of knowledge, Asha has earned certifications in AI-900 and AZ-900, fueling her growing interest in cloud solutions. Her expertise extends to the realm of education, where she is a senior facilitator for Ace This Case, teaching Consulting fundamentals. Additionally, she facilitates data-driven bootcamps, delving into topics such as SEO Analytics and Tableau, showcasing her versatile skill set.
Asha's leadership shines through in her previous role as the leader of the Case Buddy Program. Here, she not only supported Consulting initiatives but also played a pivotal role in preparing students for their challenging case interviews.
Beyond the professional sphere, Asha nurtures her creative side through digital illustrations, and watercolor paintings.

Vansh Saini
Consultant
Vansh has been a consultant at RCG for over a year and has previous work experience at EY as a consultant and is currently working at PwC in the risk assurance and advisory practice. He has done multiple pro-bono consulting engagements through not-for-profit organizations and has a love of solving difficult problems using data.

Kristina Casandra Gatchalian
Consultant
Kristina is a fourth-year Finance student at Toronto Metropolitan University. Most recently, she completed her third co-op placement as an Operations Analyst in Finance Shared Services at RBC where she collaborated with her colleagues to improve internal processes for rejected transactions, significantly reducing accumulated backlog and aged items. Towards the end of her placement, she contributed to developing a more efficient procedure for future transactions. Kristina has made a significant impact within the TMU community. She held leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance for the Toronto Metropolitan Consulting Association, where she managed the group’s annual budget and secured funding for the association’s events in the same academic year that the student group won the "Interest Group of the Year" award. Kristina also held the role as the Director of CSR for Women in IT Management and is currently part of the Top 200 Program. In her free time, Kristina enjoys working out, writing, and dancing. She is proficient in Excel and financial budgeting.

Kalab Tamirat
Associate
Kalab is a highly motivated and experienced 2nd-year Marketing & Finance student at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).
In his previous role as a Growth and strategy Student Lead at Neo Financial, Kalab worked on developing and implementing growth strategies to increase Neo's presence on and around the campus area. As a Market Research and sales Enablement Intern at Celestica, he conducted market research on competitor firms, analyzed sales data, and created sales performance reports to identify the success rates of individual salespeople. As Finance Director at Toronto Met Accounting, he managed the club's finances and budget. In his current role as an Analyst at Blackleaf Capital, he is responsible for conducting financial analysis and investment research.

Ananya Malhotra
Associate
Ananya is a very passionate second year business technology management student at TMU. Considering herself a lifelong learned, she loves to involve herself in various activities and get exposure with various fields. She aims to leverage her strong analytical skills to help businesses solve their problems. She is currently working as the business development officer for Skillzstation, an ed-tech startup based in Bangladesh and helping it grow within the Canadian economy. Besides this, she is volunteering for a Canadian start-up, a recruitment agency which helps new immigrants get employment. Her aim is to get involved in businesses that focus on sustainability and better the lives of people.
